Yes I know I can customize each post and limit that way but that’s time consuming and in the end I would just not post. If you'd like to keep anyone from posting on your timeline at all, click on the menu in the top right-hand corner and head to Preventing all posts to your timeline is a bit extreme, so you may just want to limit who can view the posts shared on it instead.
To change this setting, click the Edit link on the right side of the page and use the drop-down menu that appears to select who can see these posts.

Usually no one can search for your profile or see your name anywhere on Facebook.

Look for the setting Who can post on your timeline? Find the section that says “Who can see your future posts?” and click the “edit” link.From here, you can click the audience selector button and then “custom” from the menu that appears. This brings up a new box where you can use the “Don’t share this with” option to keep your boss in the dark for as long as you want.
In the same Settings > Timeline and Tagging menu, you'll want to adjust the setting next to "Who can see what others post on your timeline?" So if you don’t see them in your Friends list but can still see them on the site, you haven’t been blocked, you’ve been unfriended. I have deactivated my account a bunch of times in the past.
