A series of seasonal trails are open from May 1st-September 30th; you may use these trails to access the blind during these dates. Most of my photography is taken east of the Cascade Mountains. not sure i would do that with a nest of them ...... swallowtail butterfly sweet williams flowers - i am a curious person and like to get right up and personal to see what such things as the butterflies are doing ..... these are what dreams are made of , giant bugs haha white verbena flowers - classic verbena flowers in white ..... we have grown these for some years now The Fritillary Butterfly - its all in the eyes i tell ya haha - the Cascade Mountains here in Oregon if you know where to go is great to see butterflies ! Photographers must use the established trails to access the blind. There are excellent opportunities throughout the year to photograph wildlife on the Refuge.

Meetings begin at 7:30pm in the Riparian Room in the Wildlife Center.Their songs are derived from a large syllable repertoire, an order of magnitude greater than that of other vireos.The photography blind is available by reservation only. i needed this for something - blue skies make for blue water - just the way it is ....... pair of canaries - recall getting a phone call out of the blue that a pair of finches needed a home. I love my home state and hope you can see this in my photography.My site has been up and going in one form or another since 2010.
