The present history could not be ignored, because food has to be grown on land, harvested by hands or technology, and distributed through checkpoints, and politics unfortunately is interested in all that. by W. All of my students spoke multiple languages, some were born in the United States and some had just arrived, some came for opportunity and most came seeking refuge. I hope this rich culture is never destroyed. Yasmine Khan’s has chosen the best from a Palestinian kitchen with foolproof recipes, written for the American kitchen. I am purchasing more ingredients so that I can make at least one recipe for each day next week. Well researched. The stories intertwined with the recipes create a beautiful experience that pulls at your heart and your taste buds. Holy wow.Really useful for understanding the different regional cooking.
