Not only was every seating area safely distanced, my temperature was checked upon entering, my contact info was taken for contact tracing, and masks were, of course, required. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Center. A quick one block walk from my hotel and no rain!
The drinks are well priced and is an overall spot to visit in NULU !Tonight I dined at the Garage Bar.
Very fresh and sweet, the lavender scent was like the cherry on top. Very large beer selection. I definitely recommend coming here for a great night out with friends! The vibe is cool and the food is really good. Great place to hang out with friends! After a very long wait, over 45 minutes, we were seated at the counter. This is a cool, laid back place to come eat, drink and socialize.

We later found out that pizza menu started 20 minutes after we arrived. We were greeted and seated right away and before ordering our server answered a few questions for us about the menu. Everything was delicious! Ping-pong, air hockey, or just chill. There is fun for all ages at garage bar. Great selection of different drinks. That's different than "out of pizza." I love their house-made tonic so I generally order gin & tonics when I come here but the Honey Lavender Lemonade is also fabulous. Incredible bar staff-Matt, Jeremy, Bill, Jessie, Dee, Athena. The outside area is filled with dimly lit lights, picnic tables, an outside bar as well as ping pong tables. They also brought out a jug of cold water for us to keep at our table. Food/pizza is very tasty. We are so happy to see that you enjoyed your visit. The aesthetic is what one would imagine: two cars out front, plenty of outdoor seating, with indoor tables and bar. But they really are single serve pizzas. Late night menu 11pm-12 midnight Drinks are good, food is decent.
Also, if you are a MMJ fan I hear some band members make an appearance from time to time.Delicious place but pricey! Oysters are always fresh. Visited a few times while in Louisville for my birthday. I also love the pizzas. We would have waited 20 minutes had we known instead of ordering breakfast sandwiches.
They were out of most items on the menu at 7pm on Saturday night. I will state that on the day we were there, they were very busy. Garage Bar is a new restaurant located in a former garage in Louisville's East Market District. Proudly owned by the 21c Museum Hotels.Way to go, Garage Bar! I still love the atmosphere but we were told they were out of pizza today but continuously saw people around us getting pizza.

Open air, pizza, and ping pong- what else could you want?What a fun way to welcome the beginning of fall weather in Louisville - sitting outside enjoying drinks and food with friends with string lights in the cute and hip NuLu area. I've had a fee different pizzas and they are always great. Service was ok, music was WAY too loud inside. Servers Jenny and Michael are awesome too!
Navigation. It was a nice setting with benches where you can casually sit and hang out. However, the staff worked with us and we ended up with some delicious hot pizza and left on time. I generally order whatever east coat raw oysters they are serving which are meaty and fresh - YUM!

The atmosphere is fun and has a feel good vibe. The vibe is cool and easy and the outdoor area is packed on warm days. I went here wither 3 other people and sat outside with a drink. Everything was fresh and made to order. It was mostly pizza dough, dry, & lamb was over cooked.Nice staff, cool venue and great food! All delicious!Our get dropped in and had little time. Food was good- my friend's burger looked amazing, I'll have to get that next time. Vibrant and lively bourbon forward restaurant specializing in Neapolitan style pizza, artisan cured meats & cheeses, and farm to table fare from the region. Despite the heat, the servers were wearing gloves and masks. Fritters are amazing!
