When you first walk in to a Wok 'N Fire the first notice the beautiful modern decor. The table next to us even got their order wrong, so they took it back and came back 20 minutes later with the wrong order AGAIN. Thank you to the kind couple that traded seats so our family could all be seated at the same table together! Nothing to rave out, and nothing to disregard, either. I had the seafood salad and the sticky wings and both were outstanding. I was very good. Food, service and value is consistently excellent.I haven’t been to this location in about four years. I really didn't know what to expect. There were some really great priced happy hour specials. What safety measures are they taking? I had drink about 3 to 4 full glasses of water while there. Once inside we thought the atmosphere was great. "I don't see why people are reviewing this place sooo low.
The lighting is dark and the furniture is dark and it just has this evening atmosphere.This restaurant is an insult to the Wok N Fire name. I know that this restaurant has other locations, but this one feels like its on its own, not a chain feel. Our food took about 45 mins to prepare and we were one of 3 tables in the bar area.
Nice view of the fox river.Visited 21st July with family. It wasn't too busy but service was still top notch. We went on a Thursday night at 6pm and there were PLENTY of empty tables in the dining room. Love this place, highly recommend!Go out of your way to get Heather as your server. We simply asked them to add a small table they were turning over to our party. Good Stuff!! It's like 3 separate places with a bar area, up front high tops looking out the windows and a very nice dining area with tables or booths with 8 foot backs. They give you what you ask for.

As I was immediately skeptical based upon the menu offering, I should have listened to my inner voice. The entry way was crowded and we kept getting bumped while trying to have a drink since we were waiting so long. She really should not work behind the barThis used to be my favorite restaurant to go. While we were eating another couple was seated, waited for 15 minutes, and left because they weren't waited on by anyone. $2 89 Egg Rolls (2) Chicken, cabbage, celery and onions deep fried in a traditional egg roll wrapper. Will definitely return.Food is good, but their seating and take out process needs to improve. Very Tasty no overkill on hot spice. Bad service. Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious.
!Cool ambience but my food was so bland just not great all reasonably priced .. Appealing to both the eye as well as the palate It's not kind of cheap Chinese restaurant around the corner, so don't say the place price is not cheap like 5 bucks or 7 bucks a dish. We purchased a $60 Groupon that expires shortly and drove over 30 minutes to the Wheaton Wok 'n Fire for dinner.
