Sahara's Turkish Cuisine Menu Info. I used to always get the Chicken Adana Kebab but sometimes it comes dry so I thought id venture out and try something new - sooo glad I did! I'm a fan. I ordered the chicken Adana but what I got was the chicken kebab. Yelp users haven’t asked any questions yet about Sahara cuisine. Ive been working in the area for 3 years and come in here occasionally.

I ordered the zucchini pancakes and gyro wrap for delivery.Well, there was a bit unpleasant situation with the delivery, I mean there was nothing critical and horrible just a delay and so the delivery took approximately 30 minutes more than it was supposed to take. It was my first time eating eggplant salad so I have no baseline to compare it to. Beware of the hot green pepper its got a spicy kick to it! Red Lentil Soup. Excellent appetizers, too--particularly anything yogurt-based.Great lunch deal--$17 for a wonderful (and nice sized portion) of red lentil soup (other choices of appetizers too) followed by Iskender Kabob--finely sliced lamb on top of a delicious sauce and pita chunks. The Gyro was good but...I make better falafel and I'm Irish! The iskender kebab is thinly sliced grilled lamb on top of some cubed bread with sauce.
