I did this but not certain it's necessary. You can use almost any camera or lens you want as long as there is HDMI (or SDI) output.In my case, I got one of these so that I can use my higher end cameras (Sony A7Sii and A7Rii) but still broadcast direct to Facebook Live through my browser for impromptu or ad hoc videos where I don’t want to set up all of my studio equipment. The Web Presenter lets you use that camera for going live from your browser.A device like this opens up a multitude of new possibilities.

Folks there have given me all sorts of fixes to try but nothing works.

For now we're having every just use their cell phones if they have to go live.Yes, our organization has been having this same issue for the past 4 days, we've also had to use our cells as a last resort as it doesn't seem like any laptop browser is working with all the same message of "The Camera is not supported by your current browser".
